Feel Good Flow Yoga
A graceful, all-levels flow that blends mindful movement with breath and easeful transitions. This uplifting practice leaves you feeling refreshed, aligned, and grounded—perfect for cultivating balance in both body and spirit.

Thursdays | 9:00am –9:50am | May 15 – July 24
(No class July 10)
Strength & Surrender Yoga
This hybrid class begins with a dynamic vinyasa sequence to build strength and vitality, followed by restorative yin poses for deep release. A perfect balance of energy and calm to support your overall well-being.

About Marcela Bumpus

Marcela Bumpus is a dynamic and intuitive yoga teacher with over a decade of experience guiding students through strong, soulful practices that blend structure with freedom. A 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a background in classical dance and a BFA in Dance Performance from SUNY Purchase, Marcela brings deep body wisdom, intentional sequencing, and a grounded presence to every class. Her style is bold, inclusive, and rooted in the belief that movement is medicine—for the body, the spirit, and the collective. Off the mat, she’s also a sound healer, event producer, and creative wellness entrepreneur dedicated to cultivating meaningful experiences that inspire transformation.

Preserving the Past and Enhancing the Experience

We’re pleased to share that our exterior restoration project has entered its second phase, a thoughtful effort to preserve the timeless beauty of our 110-year-old historic resort while continuing to elevate the guest experience.

The work will take place through summer 2025, with restoration moving through different sections of the property during this time.

Some room views may be slightly impacted by scaffolding, and light noise may occur Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm . No work will take place after hours or on weekends to ensure a more peaceful stay.
