Spa Environment
The Spa at Claremont offers select massages, facials, and body treatments experiences available Thursday – Sunday. Day guests receive 4 hours of complimentary parking with the purchase of a service, as well as 3 hours of complimentary child care at the Kids’ Club to make the most of your afternoon. Advance reservations are required, restrictions apply.

Spa Arrival and Etiquette
Please check in half an hour to 45 minute prior to your treatment time. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment experience. Parking for the Spa is validated for up to 4 hours, after which regular rates apply. Guests are encouraged to leave jewelry and other valuables at home or in your Hotel room, and only bring what you need for your visit. The Spa is a quiet environment. Thank you in advance for maintaining Spa voices and silencing personal devices.

Health & Safety
Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking. You will also be asked to complete a guest intake form form so we can better customize your experience to your needs. Please be assured that our hotel and Spa’s common spaces are cleaned to the highest standards.

Preserving the Past and Enhancing the Experience

We’re pleased to share that our exterior restoration project has entered its second phase, a thoughtful effort to preserve the timeless beauty of our 110-year-old historic resort while continuing to elevate the guest experience.

The work will take place through summer 2025, with restoration moving through different sections of the property during this time.

Some room views may be slightly impacted by scaffolding, and light noise may occur Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm . No work will take place after hours or on weekends to ensure a more peaceful stay.
