Caitlin Markwith joins Claremont Resort & Club with more than 15 years of executive leadership experience across nonprofit, education, and community-focused organizations. Most recently, she served as Senior Executive Director for the YMCA of San Francisco, where she led three branches, oversaw a multi-million-dollar operation, and developed strong community partnerships while strengthening overall organizational performance.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to developing high-performing teams, Caitlin firmly believes that exceptional organizations are built by investing in people, fostering meaningful relationships, and creating memorable experiences. These values align perfectly with the culture and community that make The Club at the Claremont such a special place.
As a local resident, who lives within our community and enjoys spending time with her family participating in outdoor activities throughout the Bay Area, Caitlin is especially excited to become part of the Claremont family. She is looking forward to getting to know our members, becoming an active part of The Club community, and working alongside our outstanding team of colleagues who create memorable experiences every day.
Caitlin is equally enthusiastic about honoring The Club’s rich history while helping shape its next chapter, ensuring that The Club continues to be a vibrant, welcoming, and inspiring place for members, families, and guests alike.
On a personal note, Caitlin’s family is just as excited about this new opportunity as she is. Her husband, Greg, and their two daughters, Calla (16) and Carolina “CC” (13) are thrilled to be joining the Claremont community. As a family that values community, connection, and an active lifestyle, they are all looking forward to meeting many of you in the months ahead and becoming part of everything that makes the Claremont such a special place.
Over the coming weeks, you will have many opportunities to meet Caitlin around The Club, and I know you will join me in extending a warm Claremont welcome to her and her family.
